We just wanted to say thank you for all the great work you have done on our puppy Arson. We called you on New Years Day because he was throwing up a became lethargic. Even though it was 9:00 AM on a holiday, Darlene was able to meet us down at the clinic within the hour. The diagnosis came extremely fast, Arson had a bad blockage in his intestines, and solutions were offered immediately. Our pup went into surgery later that same day after exhausting all other options, and the blockage was removed. Arson was kept all weekend and cared for so well by everyone. We were communicated with often and kept up to date on all his progress and care he received.When we picked up Arson a few days later, all our question or concerns were met with clear, honest answers and instructions on how to care for him at home. The entire ordeal was made extremely easy and our worries were put to rest knowing our young pup was in the care of great people. Thank you so much Darlene, Adrienne and everyone else at the clinic who helped to fix up Arson and get him back into the playful, happy dog we had before.
